The 2018/2019 GMHA Annual Awards Banquet & Reception will be held on Sunday, April 14, 2019 at the Sutton Arena.
We have changed our format this year and will be having two separate sessions for players and their parents.

Hot Dogs (or) Chicken Strips
Mac and Cheese

Juice and Water
·The banquet lunch is covered for all rostered players, Coaches & Team Managers by
the GMHA.
·Parents wanting to sit with your child & eat lunch as well are welcome to order a
meal as well.
·There will be a cost of $9.00 per person.
·Please inform your coach or manager if you plan to on eating with your child, so we
can know in advance.
·Please let us know in advance, if your child has any dietary restrictions.
3pm-6pm: SENIOR PLAYERS
ALL House League and Rep players in: MINOR and MAJOR Divisions of:
·Pee Wee
·Bantam
·Midget
Menu:
Roast Beef
Mashed Potatoes
Mixed Veggies
Salad & Buns
Pop and Water
·The banquet dinner is covered for all rostered players, Coaches & Team Managers by the GMHA.
·Parents wanting to sit with your child & eat dinner as well are welcome to order a meal as well.
·There will be a cost of $15.00 per person.
·Please inform your coach or manager if you plan to on eating with your child, so we can know in advance.
·Please let us know in advance, if your child has any dietary restrictions. Coaches and Managers
·Please provide numbers of players and coaches attending as well as the TOTAL of extra meals being purchased to us no later than:
April 7th. Money collected will then be handed in to the GMHA at the banquet by the team staff.
