2022/23 Coaching Surveys
GMHA Membership, 

As we are making our way through the 2022/23 Season, we are looking for your valuable feedback. We have put together surveys to collect your feedback for all programs we currently run:

Representative Hockey, House League & Local League The surveys are checkbox format, but do provide everyone the opportunity to add personal commentary in each section as well. They only take 5-10 mins to complete, depending on the your personal feedback provided. These surveys are 100% completely anonymous. 

Your voice, feedback & comments are critically important to the GMHA Executive, so we can continue to offer the most productive, positive development for all of our programs, our players, and the continued successful growth of minor hockey in Georgina for years to come.
