Championship Sunday
4 championship House League final games went into overtime and one to a shootout and all games were really close, what a fantastic day for all and an incredible day for minor hockey.
Huge thank you to all the volunteers and helpers, all coaching staff's, Rogers Cable for televising, the parents, grandparents, friends and relatives for coming out and cheering and of course to all you players who made us all extremely proud.
A special thank-you to each and every midget player and coaching staff for the best and most sportsmanlike bunch of midget championship games we've seen in years. And those of you whose minor hockey careers have come to an end we hope you take the lessons you learned while playing this amazing team sport and put them to use in your futures and the best of luck to all of you.
