Novice/Atom Coach's Needed

Hope Everyone is having a great weekend. We are currently in need of 2 Novice/Atom Coach's. Because of low #'s we were forced to combine both divisions and are presently short 2 coach's so if anyone is interested can you please email Randy Foster, Marcus Atridge or myself ASAP. We are also introducing a new division for players who have done hockey school already and are ready to move on but not 7yrs old for Tyke also for older kids that have never played hockey before but are to old for hockey school which is for ages 3-5. The IP/MD program will be ran similar to our houseleague program with Coach's, Trainers and have both practices and games. The format will be split ice across the red line with 2 teams playing a game at one end and another 2 teams practicing at the other, we are currently looking into dividers to separate the ice. After 25mins the teams will rotate and the teams that were playing the games will know be practicing and the teams that were practicing will start a game. The purpose of the smaller ice is so that the players will touch the puck more and be more involved in the play and allow the players that need more help a better chance of touching the puck and competing thus giving them more confidence and allowing them to improve on there individual skills. During the games we won't be using refs at the start(maybe during playoffs or later on in the year we are still working on that)this program is used in other associations like Oakville and the Alliance with great success. We are in need of Coach's for this program so if any one is interested please email me ASAP.
Thank You
Regards
Dave Weller
