Road to the Silver Stick

We are now on the "Road to the Silver Stick". The Silver Stick Tournament Schedule has now been released and Tina will be adding it into our schedule shortly. The next few weeks will be critical to prepare for the Tournament. The players need to come to each practice and game prepared to work hard. The Coaches have been preaching a hard work ethic, to play a 200 foot game, and 110% effort each shift and practice. Starts with the Goalies, then with the Defense, and the Forwards will finish it up for us. Staying Healthy and getting lots of sleep will also be critical for success.
