The 2019 International Silver Stick Finals in Pelham, ON Novice Division Championship Game was an absolute battle !
Your hometown Georgina Blaze Novice A Hockey Club took on the very powerful and the heavy Novice Division favourites, Woodstock Jr. Navy Vets and gave them everything they could handle, but came up just a bit short to earn International Silver Stick Finalists.
This weekend was made up of young men digging incredibly deep, maximum effort & sheer determination to secure an International Silver Stick Finalist for themselves & Georgina Minor Hockey. The immense pride the coaching staff & parents felt for these young men could not be properly articulated. Well done Blaze!
