Lake Placid Bronze!!
Congrats to the boys for winning the bronze medal in Lake Placid this past week!!.....
The boys weren't about to leave Lake Placid empty handed this past week as they crushed the Syracuse Blazers 10-1 in the bronze medal game! The Blaze ended the tournament with a 3-2 record.
What an amazing 5 days spent together as a team, the hockey is such a small part of these tournaments. I'm sure the boys will always remember the time spent together eating, playing video games, swimming and the fantastic dance party that was put on by Can/Am tournaments! What a great time for all the parents to get together while watching the boys interact so well together and to gel as a team! That's what these tournaments are all about!
Speaking on behalf of the coaching staff, I'd like to say that we are so proud of all the boys, the final game, being on the bench, hearing the boys pump each other up, the unselfish play on the ice. We are lucky to be coaching such a great group of boys!
Let's keep the winning steak going vs the Waxers tonight boys!!
